The firm YN Associates has been set up by Yogesh Kumar & Narender Kumar, the Founders and the Managing Partners. Drafting, vetting and execution of all type of Legal Agreements such as Employment, Business, Premises, NDAs, IPRs, and Vendors/Services Providers Agreements etc.

To draft various legal matters including the settlements, agreements, plaints, written statements, rejoinders contracts, legal notices, replies to various matters including inspection notes, notices to the respective authorities etc.

To guide and assist in preparation of Monthly Wages/salary, ESI, EPF, LWF, P.Tax records and preparation and furnishing of various periodical statutory return in accordance with prevailing provisions of law.

To guide and assist the employer’s in Inspections and Audit by the customers pertaining to implementation of Labour Laws/Safety measures/Welfare amenities to the workers under the Factories Act and fulfilment of requirements of the customers to their satisfaction.

Undertake Audit Assignments for Employment/Labour Laws to check on Internal and External Services providers Compliance level and suggesting measures for correction / improvement wherever needed to ensure you achieve and maintain an absolute compliance level with applicable laws.

Management of Flexi/Contractual Workforce in accordance with Indian Contract Labour Act and other allied Employment Laws; Manage and assistance in all type of insurances like Group Health Insurance, Group Personal Accident, Team Insurance Commercial General Liability, Fidelity Insurance, Assist Insurance, Travel Insurance, Workman Compensation Policies etc.
